Originally from the UK, Will has worked in marketing for over 16 years. Throughout his career Will has helped large and small businesses whilst working at some of the most well respected and awarded creative and digital agencies in the world.

Will now co-owns Windsorborn, a brand, digital and performance agency, that uses data, creativity and technology to help their clients achieve success.

He is a real ‘people person’ and loves working with businesses as their creative and strategic business partner, helping them connect with consumers or businesses in new and innovative ways.

What do you enjoy most about working with small and medium sized businesses?

Often SMEs won’t have a large internal marketing team so will bring us in as their partner, to help grow their businesses. It’s really exciting when we start seeing results from our joint efforts.

Which of your business values do you think is most important to you, and why?

‘Stick to your word’ is a really important one for me. So many agencies slip up when it comes to delivering on what they say they’re going to in their initial proposal, and it’s damaging for the industry. We don’t like being tarnished with that reputation, so we live that value at all times.

How do you know if you’ve really succeeded in helping your clients?

They continue working with us on an ongoing basis, so we can help them reach their next goals. And they tell others about us, which is always gratifying.
